Your Happiness is Our Priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't quite right. Our goal is to make sure you love what you've bought, and if you don't, we want to make it as easy as possible to find a solution. Please read our simple guidelines below for Artwork and Merchandise, and never hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
Artwork Return Policy
We pour a lot of care into creating and packaging your art, hoping it arrives safely and beautifully. In the rare event that it's damaged or lost on its way to you, we're here to help.
If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged or Is Lost:
Let Us Know: Please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
A Simple Photo Is All We Need: There's no need to return the damaged item. Simply fill out the form below and upload a few clear photos of the damaged art and its packaging.
Our Solution: Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll quickly send a full refund or a brand-new replacement your way.
If You Change Your Mind:
We Get It: Sometimes an item doesn't look the same in person as it did online. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the artwork.
Your Options: You can choose a refund to your original payment method (a 15% restocking fee will apply) or a replacement with a similar item.
Just a Little Note: We just ask that the print is returned to us in its original condition. We highly recommend using the original packaging and a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.
A Special Note on Original and Customized Art:
Because these pieces are made just for you, we aren't able to offer returns or exchanges on them.
Merchandise Return Policy
Each piece of our merchandise is made to order, and we are committed to its quality. We offer a generous 20-day window for any issues you may have.
For Issues Like Damage or Defects:
No Stress: If your item arrives damaged, is lost, or has a manufacturing issue, just let us know within 20 days.
Keep It Simple: You don't need to return the item. Just fill out the form and send us a few photos.
Our Promise: We will promptly send you a full refund or a free replacement—whatever you prefer.
For Things Like Wrong Size or a Change of Mind:
Since each item is specially made for you, we typically can't accept returns for these reasons.
But We're Happy to Help! Please reach out to us. We would love to offer you a one-time discount on a replacement item so you can get the perfect fit or color.
